Users are required to persuade and co-ordinate with sellers and understand the “cancellation, returns, refunds policy”. And Users on websites are already agree to be bound by the term and conditions of the website and return policy by accessing on website.
● Terms of cancellations
as our respective customers, users have the complete right to cancel the order at any point of time. Users are allowed to cancel any orders only before the order is dispatched to the shipping process by Vendors. but time for canceling the order will be eligible for the customer to cancel within only 2 hours from the time the order has been placed at by the user. (payment of cancellation order by customer will get their money successfully refunded back in their account within 5-7 business working days.)

Terms of returns
we are kindly requesting our users (customers) accessing the website that the order will be just allowed to return only within 7 days from the date the product has been delivered to the customer at their door by shipping partners. (there are 7 days of return policy from the date the product has been delivered to the customer).
● As accessing on the website by users are already informed to understand and coordinate with sellers and website for their orders purchased on the website until we reach their order to their door or their hands. If an order is placed by users and order is on a processor of dispatching to the shipping and it reaches to the customer doors and is not accepted by users/customers then returned back by them due to any reason either the user are not available to collect the order or do not need anymore, then it might be costing of deducting the shipping cost is incurred by the sellers. (in case of prepaid).
● (in case of cash on delivery), As accessing on the website by users are already informed to understand and coordinate with sellers and website for their orders purchased on the website until we reach their order to their door or their hands. if users are found doing such things over and again placing the order and making cancellation after dispatching to the shipping process or not accepted and returned back or users are not available to collect, then the website reserves the right and approval to do blacklist such users or if next time when the users place an order then their order will be processed and delivered to them only after payment of purchased product to the sellers on the website.
Terms of refunds
● The order should be refunded just within 7 days (depending on various categories of products) from the delivered date of the order delivered to the users. and the user will get their money refunded back within 5-7 business working days from the date we are made confirmed by sellers that product has reached to them (seller) and in case of return for any order user might also be please requested by us to provide legal and right bank details to the sellers and goodsdream (website) for your money to refund to you successfully from our end very safely if we really needed for your bank details ever (make sure the bank details you are giving are updated always, active always, and the information and bank details are always correct that you are providing us) only when we need it. (refund will be reflecting in the customer’s bank account after 5-7 days, from the date the product has reached to the sellers).
● Products are returnable within the applicable return conditions if the user has received the product with the conditions that are physically damaged, has missing parts of accessories or anything chipped on the product, defective and different from their description and different as displayed on the product image on the websites. in this case, customers will be fully refunded of their money with no deduction out of their payment with all processors. if in case of no mistakes from the end of the sellers, then it might charge the shipping cost and any loss incurred by sellers, with a deduction from the user payments of refunding amount.
Return will be processed only if
● if that confirmed that the product delivered to the users is not damaged in user possession;
● the product is not different from what was shipped to the users;
● The product is returned in original conditions as it was before dispatching to the users (with brand’s and manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, all the accessories therein as before reaching to the user, and as long as the product is not used).
● In the case of some categories of products and others, products are non-returnable which may be any cause due to hygiene/health/ personal care and wellness, consumable nature of the product.
● If the product is returned due to any following reason as given under the following “conditions of returning products” then the user should not agree to pay the cost of any shipping charges and any loss incurred by sellers and no charges will be deducted from the user’s payment. But payment processor will be made only after the product once reach to the sellers and sellers confirmed to us, that the product is shipped back to them, as it was before dispatching to the users.
● If the product is returned with no any reason of under following details of “applicable return condition” and still refunded and there is no mistake from the seller end, then the shipping cost and any loss incurred by the seller may be deducted from the amount refunding to the users, cost incurred by sellers. the refund process will be made only after confirmation to us by the seller that the product is reached to the sellers.
● And the product you want to return will be taking three days for our reverse shipping partners to come to your doors for accepting those orders/products, you (user) have to return.
● In case of replacement, please allow us to (replace the product), ship your product just within 5-7 days from the date the customer put a request for replacement of their product.
Replacement Of order
we are kindly requesting our users (customers) accessing the website that the order will be just allowed to replace/exchange only within 7 days from the date the product has been delivered to the customer at their door by shipping partners. (there are 7 days of replacement/exchange policy from the date the product has been delivered to the customer).
exchanging of any product for other new products will take within around 5-7 days to reach customer door, and the product you want to return will be collected by a delivery boy of our shipping partners once after checking the products which are going to be returned by you (customers) and your other new product will be given to you (customers) with replacement of your exchanged products. (if in case of any product which the customer want to return and mistakenly the same product is run out of stock from the inventory of the vendor and then we make you sure to refund your entire payment into your bank account).
Order can be replaced only under the conditions…
Order will be for free replacement and exchange if the order condition match under the following term given below
1. If the product is defective and not working well,
2. If the product delivered to you is different than as given in descriptions or as displayed or shown on the product,
3. If the product is damaged, has any part missing, and is physically damaged.
in case, if the products are once delivered to the customer and the customer doesn’t want the product due to any reasons which don’t match the return policy for returning the products as given under return policy then the customer can return too but they will have to pay the loss incurred by vendors, that our delivery partner will come to accept your product for return but their refund will be processed only when the product is once reached to the seller and they made a confirmation to us that the product is as same as was shipped to the customers from their (vendor) end and their refund payment will reflect in their bank account within 5-7 days after the deduction of shipping cost from their (user) refunding payment from the date the product is received by sellers with all complete process.
Make sure that if any user (customer) buy anything from a seller personally with no information or awareness to the platform without any digital record and activities of their sales on the website, will not be considered or held responsible to the platform for any issue of the customer regarding their payment, return, cancel, refunds, delivery, and any harm or loss of their payment and product in future. Users can’t expect the website to resolve any issue or any problem of the customers because the activities of sales and anything between seller and customer have no live records and proofs on the website.
